All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times:

- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@notyourbasicgirl.com and we’ll help resolve it as best we can.

Return Policy

We want you to love your NotYourBasicGirl tee — but if you’re not 100% happy, we’ve got you covered.

Returns & Exchanges:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and custom or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at support@notyourbasicgirl.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
